Really good analysis, the only thing I think you’re wrong about are the green books. You say they are stacks of paper but they most definitely look like books. ”In government, a “Green Book” is a formal guidance document or report that sets out methods, rules, or proposals, usually to support policy, spending, or regulatory decisions.” If we look on the console the bear is at it shows that 2 books are closed, with 20 on the floor in the moon. I think a better theory is that 2 books closed are saying there are two governments that have decided to go down the xrp route, with 20 more that are still deciding. Let me know what you think Sam :)
